The primary problem Villa Kayiroo faced was the cumbersome task of providing apartment details and visuals to multiple prospective renters over the phone. This method was not only time-consuming but also ineffective in conveying the true appeal of the apartments. Additionally, the booking process was manual and prone to errors, leading to inefficiencies in managing reservations. To solve these problems, we developed a comprehensive website for Villa Kayiroo. The website features high-quality images and detailed descriptions of the apartments, providing potential renters with a clear and attractive view of the property. This visual showcase effectively reduces the need for lengthy phone conversations. Moreover, we integrated a robust booking system that allows users to check availability, make reservations, and receive confirmations online. This system simplifies the booking process for both the renters and the management, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
